 Problem

Unable to create a Credit Transfer via our Front-End? Let’s check the main possible issues.

You will need to know:

  • The response message (shown in a popup in top-right corner)

Validation Error: Value is required

One or more required fields have not been filled in. Please check the form for those highlighted in red.

E.g. (missing amount):

Nuapay Error 5016 or 7112

Insufficient funds are available. Please add funds (equal to or greater than the amount of the Credit Transfer) to your Nuapay account before trying again.

E.g. (amount exceeds available funds):

Any Other Message Beginning “Nuapay Error ….”
